We have the Konzept Version: 2.2 and we can’t upgrade to 2.4
Also, for some reason, any new images we add in the portfolio (the last month) has not appear in the page.

Thank you for contacting IKON Support. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties there.
Are you able to provide me with some more information on why you can’t upgrade to v2.4?
You should be able to simply rename /wp-content/themes/konzept/ to /wp-content/themes/konzept-backup/ and reupload the v2.4 to /wp-content/themes/konzept/.
